Inflatable Canoes

We've had a hard shell canoe for many years and it has served us well.  But I me and the kids find it hard to carry without extra help and we certainly can't lift it on to the roof of the car.  A friend of mine suggested we try out their inflatable canoe - it was great.  It made me realise how uncomfortable the seats of a hard shell can be - no numb bum with an inflatable!  Being that much lighter the steering also responded much quicker, which delighted the children and most importantly we could carry it.

The Sevylor Inflatable Colorado Canoe is great value and a great choice for those unable to store and transport hard shell canoes. The Sevylor Inflatable Colorado Canoe is easy to transport, store and set up and provides the stability and maneuverability usually found in a kayak. We find we use it far more than our old hard shell because of this, and friends and family often borrow it for their outings and holidays.

The Sevylor Colarado is suitable for two people, although we have managed three if only children, and allows for a maximum weight of 500 pounds. It is made from durable PVC bladders with nylon covering. The bucket seats offer great comfort, are adjustable and provide great back support. It can be inflated and ready to go in less than 20 minutes and it stores into a handy bag. You can use either canoe or kayak paddles to paddle the Sevylor Inflatable Colorado Canoe and it is also compatible with a 12V trolling motor.

This fab inflatable canoe also comes with lots of useful extras like removable gear bags on the back of the seats that convert to fanny packs, and a wet bag. The Colorado Canoe also comes with a skeg fin should you find you require improved steering, though thus far we have been very pleased and pleasantly surprised with the tracking. There are a number of handy D-Rings for cargo & tie down, paddle ties and well placed carry handles and storage compartments.

Oops but you will not bee able to  christen it with a bottle of champers, it will only bounce, just drink it instead!

Inflatable canoes are great for fishing too but don't forget your carp fishing tackle.  On the hunt for a boresighter? Look no further!
